The topic here is Have any of you people learned to Astral Project by meditating and learn some Out of Body experience? Well, it's not easy, I learned about it myself almost a decade ago, and I can tell you, it was very hard for me to stay perfectly still without tossing and turning. As you would learn it, you would need to beware of some certain dangers and such, but some of the benefits when you Astral Project are quite simple, some of these would be like seeing the past, present, and future.
